prima lyric mixed media canvas

Hi everyone

today i want to share a Prima marketing lyric canvas i created yesterday. i used a ton on mists and sprays from Lindy stamp gang to create the background i used the Nantucket pearls set wich i will link below.

the canvas measures 6inches x 8inches
for the canvas i used  ton of fussy cut images from the paper pad even to just add a little something something to the canvas.

also for the canvas i cut my own hexagon shape out of the canvas and added some wire for added interest.  them to finish the canvas off i spritz some more of the Nantucket pears in the color clam bake beige all over the canvas. i had so much fun creating the canvas and the paper is so beautiful so im looking forward to creating more with it!

shabby chic wardrobe + tutorial

hey guys

today i'm here to share a shabby chic wardrobe i created using left over card board!
its such a great way to up cycle your cardboard.i used a ton of metals and fussy cut images from a few free downloads websites they are super vintage.

during this tutorial i do alot of great techniques and i white wash every last detail
i even create cute little hanger to go with the clothes i created.


 i also made a youtube tutorial for the process in altering the wardrobe hope you enjoy it

Easter candle center piece

Today i want to share a prima Jack and Jill celebration center piece i created for the table

What i did was i sarted of with the largest candle and added paper i then did a rolled paper technique and put another lovely sheet of paper showing through.
I fussy cut a few images from the paper and adhered them on. I made a little flag and used one of the sayings from the paper that reads " HE IS RISEN" and matted that on to black card stock.

For the base i used chipboard to make it sturdy and added some more paper
Lastly i added strips of paper to the small candles and that completes the project

Altered clock

Hi everyone today i want to share an altered clock i did using a clock from ikea.

It was originaly black and i painted it using a brown metal finish then ripped some papers from bo bunnys collection "weekend market". This clock was super fun to distress and paint and give a grungy feel.

For the inside i took out all the click wires and pieces (it was broken thats why i altered it) then i cover the inside back with a paper also from the collection.for this project i wanted to make my own embelishments so i make a little book out of old book paper. I wrapped a piece of lace around a metal thread spool and glued that down with glossy accents then what i did to symbleize the love banner i die cut a heart from a sizzix die using a piece of wire and paper and glued them together and adde a wild orchid crafts flower that i broke down and put a pearl in the centre.
